DISCOUNTS & PAYMENT
We invoice all of our owners monthly. DIHOO & PIT doggies receive a 10% discount on all our services!

TIMES
Our daily pickup & drop-off times are between 09:00-11:00 (AM) and 16:00-18:00 (PM). If you need to drop off your doggie outside these hours feel free to reach out so our hotel staff can check if they can make it work.

INTAKE MEETING & TRIAL
First time guests are always invited for a visit beforehand. Our hotel staff can show you around while you tell us all about your four-legged family member and the care they need. If all goes well, we can confirm the reservation after the intake meeting.

CANCELLATION
If the hotel stay is cancelled less than 7 days before the planned start date, 30% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
